  C. Valley Asphalt Founded 2014

  C. Valley Asphalt has rapidly established itself as one of Southern Ontario’s largest and most trusted asphalt suppliers. This strategic acquisition not only allowed us to meet our growing demands, but also control the quality of the product we use on our projects. The quality of our asphalt products became recognized in the industry and today we supply numerous other paving contractors with the asphalt they use to complete their projects as well.

  

• 2022

  Done Rite Group

  The Done Rite Group, founded by Nicolo Milioto in 1985 as a small owneroperated business, evolved into a multi-division operation led by his sons, Frank and Charlie Milioto over the years. In 2022, it was acquired by C. Valley Paving. This strategic acquisition capitalized on Done Rite’s extensive expertise in the concrete construction and exterior property maintenance sectors, in turn quickly establishing C. Valley Group as a cornerstone of the property management community.

  DoneValley Services was established as a joint-venture between Done Rite Group and C. Valley Paving. DVS specializes in comprehensive commercial and industrial snow and ice management, ensuring safe and accessible properties during winter months. We provide reliable, prompt snow removal and de-icing services tailored to meet the unique needs of businesses and industrial facilities. With a focus on efficiency and quality, we ensure that your property remains operational and safe, regardless of weather conditions.
